Hike/Bike/Natural Trails

The City of St. Charles Parks & Recreation Department has Hike/Bike Trails in 11 of the Parks. Consisting of Paved or Natural Trails they are great for exercising or just to take a stroll in the park and enjoy the serenity of the surroundings.

St. Charles Pathways Concept Plan

Adopted in 2002 by the Parks and Recreation Board and St. Charles City Council, the Pathways Concept Plan identifies possible trails throughout the City of St. Charles. The plan includes 5 different types of trails such as a bike lane along a road or a designated pedestrian greenway for walking. rollerblading, biking, etc...
