Currently, the City of Saint Charles has 21 parks serving residents and visitors. These parks offer a wide variety of opportunities from swimming to nature trails.

Shelters
The City of St. Charles Park & Recreation Department has many outdoor facilities that are available to rent.
- Shelter reservations are taken for the current year only. To reserve a shelter for next year, please call on the first working day of January.
- Shelters are reserved on a daily basis. The fee to reserve a shelter is $40 for a City of St. Charles Resident and $80 for a Non-Resident.
- Please keep in mind that these are outdoor facilities and there is NO REFUND for inclement weather. There is also a list of rules and regulations that accompany your shelter reservation.
- From November 1 to April 15 when restrooms are winterized for the season, Blanchette Park shelters are available to rent with heated restrooms available.
