Currently, the City of Saint Charles has 21 parks serving residents and visitors. These parks offer a wide variety of opportunities from swimming to nature trails.
Trips
The St. Charles Parks & Recreation Department offers 50-60 one day trips and 5-6 overnight or extended trips throughout the year.

Extended Trip Information
Brochures are mailed twice each year covering January - June and July - December. If you have taken a trip with us during the last two years you are on on our mailing list. If you have not, but would like to be put on the mailing list please do not hesitate to call us at 636-949-3372.
Trip registration will be taken only when accompanied by payment. For your convenience, we accept MASTERCARD and VISA ($10 minimum). Checks can be made payable to the St. Charles Parks and Recreation Department. A $20 fee is assessed for any check returned due to insufficient funds.
All trip fees are per person per trip. All trips are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pick up Point: As of July 1, 2008 we ONLY depart from and return to MEMORIAL HALL in Blanchette Park (1900 Randolph, St. Charles, MO 63301) for all one day and extended trips.
Waiting lists are taken for both the van and the bus if a trip fills. Please do not hesitate to call after the sign up deadline. You may be the traveler who makes the trip go or opens the trip up to a bus.
Trip Itineraries for one day and overnight or extended trips are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellations:
One day trips: participants cancelling a one day trip less than 14 days prior to the trip will not receive a refund. Refunds for participants cancelling a one day trip more than 14 days prior to the trip will be subject to a $10 administration fee
Overnight or extended trips: participants cancelling an overnight or extended trip less than 30 days prior to the trip will not receive a refund. Refunds for participants cancelling an overnight or extended trip more than 30 days prior to the trip will be subject to a minimum $50 administration fee
Accommodations:
Please call us if you need any accommodations. This will help us assist you to have a great trip experience. If you have any dietary concerns please inform the trip coordinator at the time of registration.
