Adult Tae Kwon Do/Golf/Sand VB/Tennis

TAE KWON DO (8+)
Kick into action with the St. Charles Parks and Recreation Tae Kwon Do program. Classes meet weekly. Physical fitness, coordination, self defense and confidence are the main focus. NO CONTRACTS TO SIGN!! New students always welcome. Instructor: Mike Mabrey. Tuesdays & Thursdays—Sign Up ANYTIME!!
Location: Memorial Hall (Auditorium on Tuesdays, Legion/VFW Rooms on Thursdays)

Golf-Adult (Ages 14 +)

Classes cover grips, stances, and swings for driving, middle iron use, chipping and putting. Some clubs available for student use. All balls included in the price! Six lessons.
Lessons coordinated by Dan Buffington, PGA Professional. Instructor: Nick Walls. Location: Cave Springs Golf Center, West Clay

Sand VB Tuesday (16 & older)--see you in Spring 2010
Set ’em up! Co-ed sand volleyball leagues offered at Wapelhorst Park! Gather a few friends,form a team, and serve up some fun! Each team plays 3 games per evening for 7 weeks with a end of season playoff tournament. Games begin at 6:15 p.m.
