Refunds Cancellations, Transfers

Refunds

Please note that transfers or cancellations can only be made by contacting the Park Office. If a refund is granted, a credit to your credit card or a credit to your RecTrac Household Account for later use will be issued. Please refer to our Cancellation or Transfer Policies below.

Transfers

Transfers must be requested BEFORE the first class or reservation date. A transfer may be allowed if space is available and may be subject to a transfer fee. Transfers cannot be processed using the Online Activity Registration System. Please contact the Park Administration Office at (636) 949-3372

Cancellations

Programs/Trips:
Participants canceling an activity less than 14 days prior to the scheduled activity will not receive a refund. Refunds for participants canceling more than 14 days prior to an activity will be subject to an administration fee. All programs and trips are filled on a first-come, first served basis. Wait lists are formed when programs fill.

Shelters:
Refunds are not issued for cancellations with 30 days or less prior to the date of your rental. Cancellation of reservation with 31 days or more prior to rental date; Refund subject to an Administrative Fee.

Gazebos/Gardens/Jaycee Stage:
Refunds are not issued for cancellations made with less than 120 days prior to date of your rental. Cancellations made with 121 days or more prior to your rental date, refund is subject to an Cancellation Fee.

Gould Building:
Cancellations with 180 days or less prior to the rental date: rental deposit will be forfeited. Payment/deposit will be returned less a Cancellation Fee, if canceling with notice of 181 days or more.

Memorial Hall:
Cancellations with 180 days or less prior to the rental date: rental deposit will be forfeited. Payment/deposit will be returned less a $100 Cancellation Fee, if canceling with notice of 181 days or more.
