1. Do I need to have an on-line account set up to browse class information?
No. Click on the "GUEST" button to browse class information, including class status of number enrolled, number of openings, and number on wait list.

 

2. What do I use for my Login and Password?
For previous registrants, please log in by entering your Household ID# and your home telephone number with area code. If you have not previously participated with the St. Charles Parks and Recreation Department, you must request a Household ID # and password by filling out the form under New Parks and Recreation Customers. Please allow 24 hours for your information to be processed and your log-in information to be e-mailed to you.

 

3. What if I forget my user name and password?
There is a link on the WebTrac log-in page if you have forgotten your user name and password. Your information will be sent to you via email, or you can call our office. You can reach us at (636) 949-3372. Remember you have just one Household ID Number and Password per household.

 

4. How do I know that my registration is successful?
Your registration is successful when you get to the page to print a receipt. You may print your receipt from a PDF document. The printed receipt is your confirmation that the transaction has completed successfully.

 

5. As I was searching for my activities online, I was timed out of WebTrac and had to re-enter the system. How much time do I have?
Your session will be timed out after 15 minutes of inactivity. Make sure to have your credit card ready before you logon to WebTrac. If you are timed out of the system, items in your shopping are removed.

 

6. Can I sign up on a waitlist through WebTrac?
Yes. Notification of being placed on the wait list will appear.

 

7. What major credit cards can I use when registering online?
MasterCard and Visa are accepted for Online Registration/Reservation.

 

8. Is there any way of tracking my activity history and receipts?
Yes. To see what activities you’ve registered via WebTrac in the past, after logging on, click “My Account” then “View My Shopping History.” To print a past receipt of a WebTrac registration, go to “My Account” then “Reprint a Receipt.”

 

9. What if I don’t have a credit card or don’t want to use one?
Registration is accepted with cash, check, or money order at the St. Charles Parks and Recreation Administration Office in Blanchette Park. We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

 

10. Can I pay for part of the activity now and part of the activity later?
When using our on-line registration system, you will need to pay for the activity in full at the time of registration.

11. Why am I not able to register for all activities on-line?
Not every activity/facility is available for registration through the internet. Contact the Administration Office for more details at (636) 949-3372

 

12. How do I make sure my account hasn't been charged?
Your registration is only complete after you complete the check out process and you have a receipt. Contact the Parks and Recreation Administration Office at 636-949-3372 for cancellations or changes. These things cannot be made through the on-line process; however, we’ll be happy to help you when you contact us.

 

13. Why can’t I change or cancel my transaction on-line?
Cancellations and changes to your registration or reservation can only be made by calling or stopping in the Parks Administration Office. Be sure to read through the transfers/refunds/cancellation policy. If a refund is granted, a credit to your credit card or a credit to your RecTrac Household Account for later use will be issued.

 

14. Is my transaction secure?
Yes. St. Charles Parks and Recreation uses the latest in on-line payment security using 128-bit encryption for financial transactions. This is the strongest encryption allowed under federal law to ensure the security of your information.

 

15. Can I register by Phone?
Yes, we accept registrations and reservations by phone when paying with MasterCard or Visa at 636-949-3372.

 

16. Does my On-line account expire?
Inactivity of a household for multiple years may result in the household being removed from our system. Periodically, we will ask you to verify or update your household account information. We do reserve the right to verify your proof of St. Charles residency at anytime.

 

17. If I register Online, can I guarantee that my children get in the same class?
Special requests, such as enrolling siblings into the same class, are best processed manually at our office rather than using the Online Activity Registration System. Please call us at 636-949-3372, if you have any special requests.

 

18. Who will use my personal information?
Only the St. Charles Parks and Recreation Department will have access to your information. Your information will only be used as part of regular business in providing programs and services to our community. We will not sell or share your personal information with any other agency.

19. What are the Parks and Recreation Department’s Administration Office Hours?
Our Administration Office is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are located at 1900 Randolph Street in Blanchette Park. Our phone number is 636-949-3372. Mail-in, call-in and walk-in registrations are processed Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
