Aerobics (16 & older)
You don’t need to be a dancer, just enjoy
moving to the music with this fun filled aerobics group. The class uses high and low impact moves which can be modified to accommodate the needs of each individual. The class is 40 minutes of a great cardiovascular workout with choreographed dance moves followed by 20 minutes of floor work. Exercise mat or towel required.
Instructor: Sandy Buxton, AFAA Certified.

GROUP FITNESS (18 +)
This fun aerobic fitness class will help you burn fat and tone muscles. It’s a great way to get fit during the cold months and meet some new folks. This is a class for all fitness levels and ages. Portions of the class will include weights and floor exercises. Bring you own mat or towel for some afternoon fun. Instructor: Lori Riley.  Location: Auditorium At Memorial Hall

PILATES & YOGA COMBO CLASS (18 +)
Strengthen and tone your body with a focus on
your core muscles. The Yoga will help you experience stress relief, strengthening muscles, better flexibility and improved balance. The Pilates will help strengthen your core muscles. No prior experience with Pilates or Yoga is necessary. This is a beginner’s class. Bring you own mat or towel for some afternoon fun. Instructor: Lori Riley. Location: Auditorium At Memorial Hall

SENIOR FITNESS (AGES 18+)
Dance moves are put together with oldies music to burn fat, calories and make your heart healthy. Class ends with some basic body toning and yoga that includes weights. This combination helps you lose body fat, tone muscles & improve flexibility. Bring you own mat or towel. All fitness levels welcome. Instructor: Lori Riley. Location: Auditorium At Memorial Hall
