PILATES & YOGA COMBO CLASS
Strengthen and tone your body with a focus on your core muscles. The Yoga will help you experience stress relief, strengthening of muscles, better flexibility and improved balance. The Pilates will help strengthen your core muscles. Some weights will be used. No prior experience with Pilates or Yoga is necessary. This is a beginner’s class. Please bring a mat or large towel. 6 week session.

Come join us for this high-energy aerobics class which fuses Latin moves and exercise to make the class dynamic and fun. Burn up to 450 calories per hour class. This class is a fun new way to exercise for all age groups. Don’t worry if you have no coordination, just join us and have some fun! Please bring a mat or large towel. 6 week session.
