Park Passport Card
St. Charles City Residents sign up for the Park Passport Card TODAY for great discounts from local businesses. To receive the Park Passport Card come to the Parks Department Office in Blanchette Park. Please bring two of these three types of ID with you: Driver's License with current address, Tax Receipt or Current paid Utility Bill.
Card is valid January 1, 2013 - December 31, 2014.
