Maria Hoover's Story
Strengthen and tone your body with a focus on your core muscles. Yoga will help you relieve stress, strengthen muscles, and improve flexibility and balance. Pilates will help strengthen your core muscles. Some weights will be used. No prior experience with Pilates/Yoga is necessary. Please bring a yoga/exercise mat or large towel and water bottle.
4 Week Program: 2x a week

Fee: $40 per person
