Pool Birthday Party ImageMake a splash during your birthday bash by hosting your party at our pools! Our “Birthday Party Package” includes admission to the pool, designated shaded area for two hours and lunch for 20 guests. Staff will take your lunch order the day of your party.

Once your party has been booked we will mail out your ten tickets with the name of the birthday child, date and time of the party. Guests can come to the pool before and stay after your party time. The time listed on your tickets is the time you are guaranteed to have that designated shaded area for lunch.

  • Additional Guests/Parents:
    – Everyone must pay to enter the Aquatic Facility regardless if they choose to swim or not.
    – If additional guests are not eating, their admission rate will be the group rate. (Group rates vary at each pool)
    – Party hosts can choose to pay for the additional guests/parents if they wish to. Staff can keep track and have a total ready for you at the end of your reservation. If party host does not want to pay for additional guests/parents then the guests can pay at the front gate upon arrival.
  • FOOD:
    – Your party will be given a food order form at the start of your reservation time. The package includes 20 meals, any additional orders will be totaled and can be paid for at the end of your reservation.
    – Lunch will be served a half hour after your party’s start time. If you prefer a different time you can let staff know when you arrive that day.
    – No outside food or drinks are to be brought into the Aquatic Facilities with the exception of a birthday dessert. (Birthday desserts can only be allowed in if you have reserved a Birthday Party Package)
    – Desserts can be kept cool or frozen at the concession stand if needed.
    – If bringing a birthday dessert, please keep in mind you will need to provide your own plates and serving utensils.
    – If hosts want to provided a treat bag for their guests you can do so but it must be handed out at the end of your reservation.
    – If your group has dietary concerns please contact our Administration Office so we can do our best to accommodate you.
  • CAN WE BRING IN DECORATIONS?
    – You are welcome to bring in standard decorations (balloons, table cloths). Hosts are responsible for setting up and taking down decorations within their reservation time frame.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF IT STORMS OR IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL?
    – If the Aquatic Facility must close due to inclement weather our Aquatics Coordinator will contact you to let you know that day and will discuss options of rescheduling or refunding your event.
    – If you need to cancel your event please give our Administration Office notice so we can let staff know and issue a refund.
