How do I make a reservation?

Reservations of Memorial Hall can be done over the phone or in-person at our Administration Office, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) between 8:00A – 4:00P. Please give yourself some extra time for the reservation process especially if you plan to view the building before making the reservation. Be sure to first check the availability of the date you are interested in. CLICK HERE to check on availability.

Reservation & Payment Timeline:

Initial Reservation:

$500 security deposit is due at the time of making your reservation. If the reservation is made by phone, the licensee must come into our Administration Office within 5 business dates to sign the contract. If the contract is not signed within 5 business days, the reservation will be cancelled and a refund of the security deposit issued, less the Administration Fee. If the reservation is made less than 90 days prior to dates of event, the rental fee is due in full at time of reservation along with the signed contract. Any rental fee balance due must be paid not less than 90 days prior to the event date.

90 Days Prior to Your Event:

The remaining balance of your rental fee is due at this time. This fee is separate from the security deposit. If the reservation is made less than 90 days prior to date of event, the rental fee is due in full at time of reservation along with the signed contract. Any rental fee balance due must be paid not less than 90 days prior to the event date.

1 Month Prior to Your Event:

This is when your concessions order and payment needs to be completed and your floor plan layout turned in. Please see the concessions section for more information.


Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelling 181 or more days from reservation date: Refund minus a $100 cancellation fee
  • If cancelling 91-180 days prior to the reservation date: Refund minus $500 security deposit
  • If cancelling 90 days or less from reservation date: NO REFUND
