110 ACRE PARK PROJECT MASTER PLAN
The St. Charles Parks & Recreation Board held the third and final Public Meeting on Monday December 19th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. The Final Concept Master Plan was presented to the Park Board at their meeting on February 1st, 2011. Click on this link to see the Final Plan.

Scholarship Program
The St. Charles Parks and Recreation Foundation and the St. Charles City Council have partnered to provide scholarships to residents needing financial assistance for recreation programs. Scholarship Flyer
Parks Passport Cards
2011-2012 Parks Passport Cards are available. Please come in to the park office during regular business hours to pick them up. These cards are available to City of St. Charles Residents and offer many discounts to St. Charles Businesses, Park Programs and our Aquatic Facilities.
