FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT TRAINING

servsafe_logoThe ServSafe® program provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to foodservice managers and is required by the County Health Department. Students can earn the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).

  • The Importance of Food Safety
  • Good Personal Hygiene
  • Time and Temperature Control
  • Preventing Cross-Contamination
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing
  • Safe Food Preparation
  • Receiving and Storing Food

LOCATION: Memorial Hall in Blanchette Park
FEE: $135 per person – including course and exam
OR $225 per person – including course, exam and book
OR $60 per person – for retest only

  • If cancelling 14 or more days prior to scheduled activity: Refund minus a $10 administration fee
  • If cancelling 14 days or less from scheduled activity: NO REFUND
