Trip registration will be taken only when accompanied by payment. For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard or Discover ($10 minimum). Checks can be made payable to the St. Charles Parks and Recreation Department. A $20 fee is assessed for any check returned due to insufficient funds.
All trip fees are per person per trip.
All trips are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Taken for both the van and the bus if a trip fills. Please do not hesitate to call after the sign up deadline. You may be the traveler who makes the trip go or opens the trip up to a bus.
Please call us if you need any accommodations. This will help us assist you to have a great trip experience. If you have any dietary concerns, health or mobility issues please inform the trip coordinator at the time of registration.
Day Trip Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 14 or more days prior to scheduled activity: Refund minus a $10 administration fee
- If cancelling 14 days or less from scheduled activity: NO REFUND
