This program is designed for busy parents wanting to stick with their workout routine without having to find a babysitter. Babies or toddlers will be incorporated into the fitness routine as weights. This class is a mixture of pilates, yoga, strength training and abdomen work.

- If cancelling 14 or more days prior to scheduled activity: Refund minus a $10 administration fee
- If cancelling 14 days or less from scheduled activity: NO REFUND
