Cardio Boot Camp is a fitness program designed to target the entire body! Strengthen your muscles and enhance your agility through a combination of cardio and strength training exercises. Participants will work at their own pace towards the same goal, and that’s to burn more calories. No prior experience necessary. Individuals can work through class at their own pace with modified moves.

Program Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 14 or more days prior to scheduled activity: Refund minus a $10 administration fee
- If cancelling 14 days or less from scheduled activity: NO REFUND
- Personal absences are forfeited.
