Learn how to get healthy by being prepared! Meal Prep is a method used to portion out food for grab-and-go meals. Start your new year off right by enjoying nutritious and delicious meals and gain the tools to stay on track to meet your goals no matter how busy your days become. This class will offer valuable information on nutrition and food labels, portion sizing, easy recipes that anyone can make, and an opportunity to prepare several meals. For dietary/allergy concerns please notify staff at the time of registration.

4 Week Session: Tuesdays AND Thursdays
Fee: $175 per person – includes food for the planned meals and meal containers

MEAL PREP PLUS

Kick your New Year’s Resolution into high gear with this exercise add-on to to our Meal Prep Program! This class will include one hour of meal prep time, plus an additional hour of exercise afterward. Explore progressive forms of beginner cardio and strength training as we work to the lay the foundation for successful workouts all year long. You will learn the importance of proper breathing and movement while building stability, flexibility, and confidence to meet your goals! For dietary/allergy concerns please notify staff at the time of registration.

Program Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelling 14 or more days prior to scheduled activity: Refund minus a $10 administration fee
  • If cancelling 14 days or less from scheduled activity: NO REFUND
