BEYOND AND BASICS
This is an alignment-based hatha yoga class that incorporates basic and intermediate postures. It’s perfect for practioners who have already tried yoga and have a little familiarity with it! Classes typically begin with guided breathwork or meditation, transition to traditional warm-up poses, build heat through creative salutations, and culminate in a peak posture, which we work on for a few weeks. Peak poses incorporate multiple “pit stops” along the way where practitioners can choose to stay or progress further based on individual comfort and ability level. This is a community-practice style class where the instructor will provide demos and offer assistance as needed.
POWER YOGA CLASS
This yoga class focuses on blending strength and flexibility through a series of poses and movements. You can expect a balanced session incorporating dynamic sequences to enhance muscular strength, alongside postures aimed at improving flexibility and mobility. Emphasis is placed on mindful breathing, alignment, and gradual progression, catering to practitioners of various skill levels. The class promotes both physical endurance and the cultivation of a more supple body, fostering a sense of balance and well-being.
4 WEEK PROGRAM
Fee: $30 per person
Location: Katy Depot Building in Frontier Park
Bring a water bottle, mat, and any extra props you like to use-such as blankets, blocks or straps. Some supplies may be available for loan through the instructors.

Program Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 14 or more days prior to scheduled activity: Refund minus a $10 administration fee
- If cancelling 14 days or less from scheduled activity: NO REFUND
- Personal absences are forfeited.
