REGULATIONS FOR GAZEBOS, STAGE AND GARDEN

Park Jaycee Stage, Blanchette Park Rau Garden, Kister Park Gazebo, McNair Park
Gazebo & Blanchette Landing Gazebo
Please
remember these are outdoor facilities, therefore consider potential inclement
weather and the following refund policy: Cancellations
made with less than 120 days prior to date of function - *NO REFUND*.
Cancellation made with 121 days or more prior to function, refund is subject to
an administrative fee of $10.
Reservations
for the Gazebos, Stage & Garden are
for those specific facilities only. Surrounding areas are open to
the public on a first come first serve basis.
Please
keep the park facilities clean (ie: removing signs, decorations, picking up
trash). Remember these are your parks. Excessive clean up as a result of your
function may result in the cost being billed to you.
Parking
is allowed in designated parking lots/areas only. For off road loading and
unloading, please contact the Park Office for a permit. Such a permit is
required anywhere at
Jaycee
Stage is available for concerts, weddings*,
productions, etc. Compliance with Building Codes requires that all attendees
remain on the grassy area surrounding the stage. Some music restrictions apply
in all parks. Please check with the Park Office for information. *(Wedding Party – Bride, Groom, Attendants,
Musicians, Singers & Minister)
The
Park does not furnish chairs for functions at the Jaycee Stage, Gazebos or
Live music is prohibited at
the Kister Park Gazebo.
All
decorations put up must be removed after the function during your designated
time & before leaving the Park. If putting down runners with floral putty,
please be sure to remove it along with the runners.

is available for an additional fee at the Jaycee Stage,
