The St. Charles Parks and Recreation Board meets twice a month. The first Wednesday of each month is a Work Session and the third Wednesday of each month is a regular Board Meeting. The meetings are held at Memorial Hall in Blanchette Park at 6:00pm.

The St. Charles Parks and Recreation Board has several sub-committees comprised of Board Members or a combination of Board Members and Staff. These sub-committees research, plan and discuss the given tasks and then make recommendations to the full Board for action. These meetings are scheduled and agendas are posted at least 24 hours in advance.
