ENTIRE UPPER LEVEL RENTAL

FULL DAY RENTAL FEES:

$1,550 Rental Fee + $500 Security Deposit
CITY RESIDENT DISCOUNT RATE:
$1,150 Rental Fee + $500 Security Deposit

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Large auditorium with hardwood floors, two small side rooms (American Legion Room and VFW Room), restrooms and a large kitchen space with a partition window that opens up to the auditorium. Rental fee also includes the set up and break down of the tables and chairs.  A parks event staff member is required for all events, including alcohol/soda service. Depending on event needs, a second staff member may be needed (see concessions section below for details).


FULL DAY  ENTIRE LEVEL RENTALS ON
FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY – 9:00AM – 12:00AM

NEED EXTRA TIME FOR DECORATING?
Friday nights can be reserved from 6:00pm – 12:00am
along with your
Saturday rental at a reduced rate of $460 (or $345 for City Resident Discount).

One room with carpet flooring, hardwood dance floor, restrooms, large kitchen space with a partition window that opens to serve guests. Rental fee also includes the set up and break down of the tables and chairs. A parks event staff member is required for all events, including alcohol soda service. Want to view it? 

You are welcome to tour the facility during the week, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) between 8:00A – 4:00P. To make an appointment to view please contact our Administration Office to make sure that the day you were planning to visit is available for showing. Stop by our Administration Office in Blanchette Park to pick up a key to go take a look. We do require a valid driver’s license to be held until the key is returned.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelling 181 or more days from reservation date: Refund minus a $100 cancellation fee
  • If cancelling 91-180 days prior to the reservation date: Refund minus $500 security deposit
  • If cancelling 90 days or less from reservation date: NO REFUND

*There is NO REFUND for inclement weather conditions
