Our yoga fitness program will help you relive stress, strengthen muscles, and improve flexibility and balance. Yoga will allow you to harmonize your mind and body through various breathing techniques, postures and guided meditation. No experience necessary. Individuals can work through class at their own pace with modified moves.

Program Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 14 or more days prior to scheduled activity: Refund minus a $10 administration fee
- If cancelling 14 days or less from scheduled activity: NO REFUND
- Personal absences are forfeited.
