Here’s how it works:

Current Parks and Recreation Customers:

On the Login Screen, your username is the same as your Household ID. Your password is your household’s home telephone with area code. You will be prompted to change your password upon entry and we encourage you to do so. Give us a call if you are confused or do not know your Household ID #. If you have kept a past receipt, it can be found on it. Parks Office (636) 949-3372.

New Parks and Recreation Customers:

Step 1: Click the large Register or Login Now button.

Step 2: At the WebTrac Login screen, click on the New Parks and Recreation Customers.

Step 3: On this screen at the top, click on the link that provides an online form to fill out requesting your Household account be set up. You will choose a User Name and Password.

Step 4: After your request has been submitted, an email confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours of the work week (if submitted Friday or over the weekend it will be approved the following working day).

Step 5: Once you have received email confirmation, you can enter your data into the first WebTrac Screen where prompted for the information.

Congratulations! You’re ready to go!

Things to Keep in Mind

Always print your online receipt and bring it with you to the Park. Your printed receipt is confirmation of a successful transaction and confirms the status of ENROLLED or WAIT LIST. If you believe your registration did not process correctly, please call us at (636) 949-3372 for verification.

Always review your shopping cart carefully before processing your online registration. You are responsible for your online enrollments and reservations. If a correction is required, please contact us BEFORE the first class to request a transfer or refund. Please refer to our Refund/Transfer/Cancellation policies below.

The City of St. Charles Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to deny/deactivate online accounts and/or make changes to the Online Activity Registration/Reservation System at anytime. All activities, dates, and fees subject to change.
