2020 EXTENDED TRIPS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED. INFORMATION WILL FOR OUR 2021 WILL BE POSTED AS SOON AS IT IS AVAILABLE.
EXTENDED TRIP DEPOSITS:
A $50 non refundable deposit must be received at time of registration. For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard or Discover. Checks can be made payable to the St. Charles Parks and Recreation Department. A $20 fee is assessed for any check returned due to insufficient funds.
All trip fees are per person per trip.
All trips are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Taken for both the van and the bus if a trip fills. Please do not hesitate to call after the sign up deadline. You may be the traveler who makes the trip go or opens the trip up to a bus.
Please call us if you need any accommodations. This will help us assist you to have a great trip experience. If you have any dietary concerns, health or mobility issues please inform the trip coordinator at the time of registration.
Extended Trip Cancellation Policy
