This fitness program is designed for adults, ages 50 and older. Focus is on increasing muscle strength, balance, flexibility and range of motion for daily activities. Some resistance equipment will be used as well as chairs for seated exercises and standing support. No experience necessary. Individuals can work through class at their own pace with modified moves.

Program Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 14 or more days prior to scheduled activity: Refund minus a $10 administration fee
- If cancelling 14 days or less from scheduled activity: NO REFUND
- Personal absences are forfeited.
